What does The Dirty Hamper team do?
The Dirty Hamper is the premier residential and commercial laundry service for the Inland Empire. We offer (2) options where you can drop off your laundry at our headquarters or we offer the pickup & delivery service with a 24-hour turnaround.
What is your pick-up and delivery schedule?
Pickup is available Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and delivered back next day from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. All Friday orders will be delivered back Monday evening.

How do I pay for the laundry service?
When you place your order, you have the option of storing your card on file securely. Once your order is weighed and processed, we will send you an invoice via email. If the invoice is not paid by the time we are about to deliver, we will then charge the card on file. *Monthly subscriptions will be billed the monthly fee on the 1 st of the month. Any additional orders will be charged separately.
What types of detergent are used? Do you use dryer sheets? What if I have special instructions?
We use name brand laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. All standard orders will have a scent as we love nothing better than to hear from our customers how great their clothes smell. If you do not want scent or have allergies, please indicate in the special instructions when you place your order.
How do I place my clothes out for you to pick up?
You can place clothing into trash bags. If you join one of our monthly subscription plans, a custom laundry bag will be provided to you free of charge.
Will my information be private and safe?
It certainly will. We make every effort to protect your information. We only use your private information to process your order and is never shared with any outside parties.
