Both of our Upland locations are family-owned and operated. Our mission is to provide customers with the cleanest, safest and friendliest atmosphere to do their laundry. We now have two locations:

San Antonio Coin Laundry is located at 177 N. San Antonio Ave (Next door to 7-11).
9th Street Coin Laundry (formerly Beccas Laundry) is located at 271 E. 9th St. in the heart of downtown Upland. Grab a coffee at RAD Coffee or enjoy some authentic Mexican food next door at Genoveva's Restaurant.

If it weren%u2019t for our loyal customer base, we would not be in existence. As much as you allow us to operate and serve you, it is our duty to provide you with a friendly, clean and safe environment to wash your clothing. We have a lot of work to do to earn your business and build a loyal client base, but we promise you will be happy with the customer service we offer you.

So the whole family got sick! And boy can we rack up some piles of laundry. We are a family of four with two very little ones who go through wardrobe changes multiple times a day. So week by week, I have my hands full with laundry to do. But this week Mommy and babies were sick. After admitting defeat, I remembered driving by this laundry place with an advertisement that they will do your laundry. So I looked them up, and I am forever grateful that I did. Not only was it a complete life saver to get that laundry done so that I don't have to play catch up next week, but they have excellent customer service. I am beyond happy. Thank you dirty hamper!!!!

Ok, where should I start. Got back logged on laundry for myself and my 2 kids....went into panic mode....hopped on yelp and found The Dirty Hamper...and now all's right in the world. Now that I have found my calm, let me give you a break down on just how AWESOME this place is. First appts are made either by phone or via the web. I took the last route as I am antisocial and technology is my friend. Set up an appt for the next day, dropped off a pile of my clothes that was the size of a small child to an extremely helpful and nice woman and went on my merry way. 24 hours later I had bags of neatly folded clean clothings at a very reasonable price. My kids don't stink, I don't stink, the neighbors are happy. Customer service was amazing, super friendly and really fast! I have never used a service like this before, but now it will be part of my laundry routine. I can't say enough good things about The Dirty Hamper in all respects to their facility (the one in Downtown Upland that I utilized) and customer service. Anyone that can fold my kids undies that neatly, gets my respect! When I feel really lazy or my kids are driving me nuts, I will be using their pick up service as well.

I just have to say this company is a life saver! I had so much laundry backed up that I needed done and didn't have time to do due to my sick son and they stepped in and came. Thank God for this service! Our washing machine is out of commission and I was in desperate need of laundry to be done. I found this company online and they were easy to schedule a pickup with and even easier to get the laundry the NEXT day; all 100 lbs of laundry at that! I will be using this company from now on, even with a functioning washing machine. You have repeat customers!

I used this service a couple of days ago.. It was AMAZING!! It takes a chore off of the to-do-list. It was definitely a reasonable price .99 cents a lb and it goes up if you want pick up service. Definitely the best $$$$ spent..

Best service I've ever had! I've never used a fluff and fold service or a public laundromat before. Recently my daughter was injured and things piled up on us. After getting a recommendation from a friend I decided to take my laundry down to 9th st for a fluff n fold! BEST DECISION EVER! They were helpful friendly and quick and the facility was so nice! I honestly don't know if I'll ever do my own laundry again! It was so reasonably priced. Thank you guys so much seriously so helpful and such an awesome service! So excited to know they have a delivery service too!!

I was falling behind on washing my kids laundry. I have four kids so...it gets like that sometimes. The Dirty Hamper Saved me from having to spend my entire weekend washing and folding clothes.
