Both of our Upland locations are family-owned and operated. Our mission is to provide customers with the cleanest, safest and friendliest atmosphere to do their laundry. We now have two locations:

San Antonio Coin Laundry is located at 177 N. San Antonio Ave (Next door to 7-11).
9th Street Coin Laundry (formerly Becca%u2019s Laundry) is located at 271 E. 9th St. in the heart of downtown Upland. Grab a coffee at RAD Coffee or enjoy some authentic Mexican food next door at Genoveva's Restaurant.

If it weren%u2019t for our loyal customer base, we would not be in existence. As much as you allow us to operate and serve you, it is our duty to provide you with a friendly, clean and safe environment to wash your clothing. We have a lot of work to do to earn your business and build a loyal client base, but we promise you will be happy with the customer service we offer you.

I never wanted to admit it, but I am not good at keeping up on our laundry, I'm just not! My first time I used The Dirty Hamper I decided that I just needed to send my sheets and towels...and wow, it was amazing! The next time, with crazy busy schedules, vacations planned and the end of the school year, the laundry stacked up and I just felt I couldn't get it all done. So I swallowed my pride and set up an appointment for pick up. The online appointment scheduling is so easy!!! The next day I left all my laundry in bags inside my gate and they came and grabbed them even when I wasn't home. They always text me and let me know if they are going to be late or when the items were ready to be delivery back. The next day, all of my laundry was back, folded, wrapped in plastic! It really is such an amazing service! They took a lot of stress off my mind during a very busy time. I will not hesitate next time to make another appointment! Thanks so much!!!!!!

I've used fluff and fold in the past when we were getting our kitchen done. Now our washer and dryer went out and tried out the dirty hamper. I saw the vehicle driving around in upland and thought I would give them a try. Gotta say the easiest and best service you can ask for. They come pick up your clothes and drop them off when they said the we're going to. My wife and I are hooked, with 4 kids and our laundry the price was well worth our time doing everything. Will definitely be a regular customer. Thanks dirty hamper and crew.

Hands down an amazing local company with great customer service and more-than- reasonable prices! Kenny and Debbie took care of me from start to finish. It was the kind of first impression that earns customers for life! I didn't know what to expect when I was ready to make an appointment. I called the number and left a vm. The business owner promptly called me back and was super friendly and accommodating. We agreed on a time for laundry drop off and my wife and I arrived as scheduled. Now I've worked for companies that had me start at 6-6:30am and it can be a drag. That said, the owner AND the lady (Her name is Debbie and she's super cool) that was going to handle our clothes were kind and peppy to have customers that early. What a great start to the day! I was able to pick up my clothes same day (not the norm - it's usually next day) and they look/smell terrific! Although the fluff and fold service isn't an every day thing, we're going to start coming here during regular laundry trips to ensure they get the business. Last thing: If you're going to use their services, don't nickel and dime. Tip any drivers and employees that work with your stuff! They deserve it!

Such a delight to have my clothes cleaned by the Dirty Hamper. They were extremely accommodating when it came to scheduling, and very nice all-around. They picked up my bags of dirty clothes and the they came back in a couple of days clean, folded and neatly packed. Was perfect!
